We manufacture Dry Mix Mortar products (Ready Mix Plaster, Tile Adhesives, AAC Mortar, Repair Mortars) at our fully automated plant in Bengaluru. We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to own plant operations end-to-end.
THIS IS A SHOP FLOOR ROLE — NOT A DESK JOB.
WHAT WE NEED:
- 8–15 years manufacturing experience, with minimum 5 years specifically in Dry Mix Mortar
- Must have managed 4,000+ MT/month independently
- Experience with automated batching systems, mixers, packing machines, silos and dust collection
- Prior experience at companies like Pidilite, Fosroc, Mapei, Walplast, MYK Laticrete, Saint-Gobain Weber, Sika, Magicrete, Trimurti, Buildmate or similar
- Strong grip on production planning, shift management, OEE, downtime control and cost per MT
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Daily production targets and shift operations
- Quality, safety and housekeeping standards
- Manpower of 25–50 shopfloor staff
- Scaling the plant from 4,000 MT to 6,000+ MT per month
CTC: ₹12 LPA – ₹14 LPA (based on experience)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (plant-based)
