Assistant Manager - HR (Generalist)
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing and on boarding to improve retention.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, counseling, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Labour Law Compliances: Good working knowledge of ESIC/ EPF/ Gratuity/ Other Relevant Labour Laws and its compliances, Maintenance of Registers & Returns under the various Labour Laws.
HR Operations: Support in payroll processing, HR Data management and running of
HR Module in ERP System/ environment, Assist in Performance Management.
Disciplinary Matter: Good working knowledge on handling of disciplinary matters, issue of charges sheet, conduct of domestic inquiry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Generally 5 or more years in HR management or a similar level generalist role.
Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Competencies: Strong leadership, excellent communication (written & spoken) in English & Hindi, conflict resolution, hands on experience in ERP (HR Module), good command in excel.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
