Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and innovative STEM Trainer for our Bengaluru location. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) sessions to students through practical learning, experiments, robotics, coding, and activity-based training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct STEM training sessions for school students.
- Teach concepts related to:
- Robotics
- Coding & Programming
- Basic Electronics
- Science Experiments
- Engineering Models
- Mathematics Activities
- Deliver hands-on learning through projects and practical activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, activity materials, and assessments.
- Guide students in innovation projects, competitions, and exhibitions.
- Maintain STEM lab equipment and training materials.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Coordinate with schools and project teams for smooth execution of sessions.
Eligibility:
- B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc / M.Sc / BCA / MCA or relevant qualification.
- Certification or knowledge in Robotics/Coding/STEM tools is preferred.
- 1–3 years of teaching or training experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical and presentation skills can apply.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of STEM concepts and practical learning methods.
- Basic coding knowledge (Scratch/Python/Arduino preferred).
- Creativity and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students through interactive sessions.
