Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels, and keeping the store area clean and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
- Maintain proper storage and arrangement of items in the store
- Issue materials as per departmental requirements and maintain records
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or replenishment needs
- Maintain inventory registers, stock reports, and documentation accurately
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory checks
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area
- Coordinate with vendors and departments regarding stock requirements
- Check delivered items against purchase orders and invoices
- Assist in maintaining proper records of damaged or expired items
- Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory management
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate qualification preferred
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper or in inventory management preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory records
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

- Knowledge of stock management procedures
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
