Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, schools, corporate organizations, and education consultants.
* Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers, including Principals, Directors, Deans, and International Relations departments.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
* Present company services and business proposals to prospective partners.
* Negotiate partnership agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Organize education fairs, seminars, workshops, and institutional events.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects and events.
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and business development plans.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
* Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
Skills Required:
* Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to generate leads and convert them into business partnerships.
* Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience:
* 3–7 years of experience in B2B Business Development.
* Experience in the education industry or international education sector will be an added advantage.

* Number of new institutional partnerships signed.
* Monthly meetings with prospective clients.
* Revenue generated through B2B partnerships.
* Number of education fairs and institutional events organized.
* Lead conversion ratio.
* Client retention and satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
