- Call potential customers from provided databases or generate new leads.
- Identify interested prospects for buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Make cold calls to potential clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries about projects, properties, and pricing.
- Explain property details (location, pricing, amenities, offers).
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable options.
- Fix site visit appointments for interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for property visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
- Convert leads into site visits and eventually into sales.
- Maintain and update CRM or Excel sheets with customer details.
- Track call outcomes, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Assist the sales team in closing deals by nurturing leads.
- Share customer feedback and market insights.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Contribute to overall sales goals.
