- Generate new business opportunities for Cab Management Services and Facility Management services.
- Identify and approach corporate clients, MNCs, educational institutions, and industrial customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and client retention activities.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and management reports.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and business expansion plans.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
