- Develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans aligned with company objectives and OEM partner strategies.
- Drive brand positioning, market awareness, and demand generation activities across targeted industries and regional markets.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, business growth, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate regional marketing activities for India and ASEAN operations.
OEM & Partner Coordination
- Collaborate with global OEM partners for co-branded marketing initiatives.
- Manage partner communications, marketing development funds (MDF), campaign approvals, and joint promotional activities.
- Ensure alignment of regional marketing campaigns with global brand guidelines and product positioning strategies.
- Coordinate product updates, promotional assets, and marketing support activities with OEM stakeholders.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM / Google Ads)
- Email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp
- LinkedIn and social media marketing
- Website and landing page promotions
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and customer engagement analytics.
- Optimize digital marketing strategies to improve ROI, lead quality, and brand reach.
Website, Email & IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage company website hosting, domain management, website updates, and coordination with developers or hosting providers.
- Oversee business email systems including domain email configuration, user management, troubleshooting, and coordination with IT vendors.
- Coordinate server-related activities including hosting renewals, backup monitoring, access management, and basic infrastructure support.
- Ensure smooth functioning of digital platforms, online services, and marketing-related IT systems.
- Support internal teams with IT coordination related to websites, emails, servers, and digital communication platforms.
Event & Exhibition Management
- Lead planning and execution of:
- Industry exhibitions
- Trade shows
- Partner events
- Technical seminars
- Virtual events and webinars
- Manage booth branding, event logistics, promotional materials, vendor coordination, and lead capture activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful event execution and brand representation.
Tender & Government Business Support
- Handle end-to-end tender support activities for government and institutional projects.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and commercial teams for preparation of bid documentation and compliance requirements.
- Prepare marketing and presentation content required for tender submissions and customer proposals.
- Support business development initiatives related to government and enterprise opportunities.
Sales Enablement & Content Development
- Develop marketing and sales enablement materials including:
- Product brochures
- Corporate presentations
- Datasheets
- Case studies
- Promotional videos
- Product launch materials
- Support sales teams with marketing collateral and customer engagement content.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication platforms.
CRM, Analytics & Marketing Operations
- Utilize Odoo CRM, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, and related tools for campaign management and performance tracking.
- Monitor sales funnel activities, lead management processes, and campaign analytics.
- Generate reports and insights to support marketing decisions and management reviews.
- Maintain accurate customer and campaign databases for effective marketing automation and reporting.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals for execution of daily marketing activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, printers, designers, developers, hosting providers, recruiters, and digital partners for operational deliverables.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns, events, recruitment coordination, and operational activities within defined timelines.
Budget Management & Market Research
- Plan, allocate, and optimize the annual marketing budget for cost-effective execution of campaigns and events.
- Track marketing expenses, MDF utilization, and return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify new business opportunities and improve market positioning.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
