We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Store Manager (only for men) to oversee the daily operations of our outlet. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management and a solid academic background in business or a related field. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strict operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Financial Management:
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improve store profitability.
- Manage the store budget, including labor costs and overhead expenses.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high level of product knowledge and service.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Create efficient staff schedules to optimize floor coverage.
- Operational Excellence:
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock orders, audits, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Customer Experience:
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Implement loyalty programs and local marketing initiatives to increase footfall.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a retail management role (Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager).
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) software and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Solid understanding of inventory control and financial reporting.
