Position: Barista
Location: East Patel Nager , Hudson Lane Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a great guest experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and process billing through the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements to the manager.
- Assist with opening and closing café operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant (Freshers are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and eagerness to learn.
