Role overview
- Lead and manage a team of field and workshop technicians, setting performance standards and accountability frameworks.
- Develop and implement Total Quality Management (TQM) systems to continuously improve processes and reduce defects.
- Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to maximise equipment availability and minimise downtime.
- Oversee all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across facilities and equipment.
- Ensure rigorous inspection protocols are followed for all machinery, installations, and project deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end installation of mechanical systems, ensuring safety compliance and quality benchmarks.
- Act as an escalation point for customer service issues and ensure high satisfaction levels are maintained.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in maintenance, technical operations, or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
