Job Overview
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute email marketing, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing or Campaign Management.
- Knowledge of lead generation and demand generation strategies.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, or B2B industries.
- Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Experience with LinkedIn Marketing and Email Marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
