About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer who can strategically scale our brand through paid advertising while being deeply data-driven. This role requires someone who is exceptional at running, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms while making decisions based on numbers, trends, attribution, and ROI.
You should be someone who understands both creative strategy + performance analytics — capable of turning ad spends into profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:
* Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns across:
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
* TikTok Ads (preferred)
* Snapchat / Pinterest Ads (bonus)
* Handle full-funnel strategy:
* Awareness
* Consideration
* Conversion
* Retargeting
* Daily budget allocation and optimization for maximum ROAS
* Monitor CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, LTV
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
* Deep-dive into ad performance metrics and customer behavior
* Build dashboards, reports, and actionable insights from:
* Shopify
* Google Analytics (GA4)
* Meta Ads Manager
* Google Tag Manager
* Triple Whale / Hyros / Northbeam (preferred)
* Analyze:
* Funnel drop-offs
* Cohort performance
* Attribution models
* Conversion rates
* Landing page efficiency
* Forecast spend, revenue, and profitability
Creative Strategy:
* Work closely with designers/content teams for:
* High-converting ad creatives
* UGC strategy
* Static + video ads
* A/B testing hooks, thumbnails, copies
* Identify winning creatives through data-backed testing
CRO & Scaling:
* Optimize landing pages for better conversion
* Suggest improvements in website UX, checkout flow, and offer strategy
* Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency
* Reduce customer acquisition costs

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in scaling D2C / E-commerce brands
* Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager
* Excellent understanding of pixel, API integrations, and event tracking
* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large datasets
* Knowledge of attribution tools and conversion tracking
* Experience with Shopify ecosystem
* Ability to identify patterns and make strategic budget decisions
* Strong copy-testing and audience segmentation knowledge
