We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Executive to manage Our client's day-to-day social media activities. The role focuses on content posting, community engagement, coordination with influencers, basic content creation, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across all social media platforms.
This is an execution-focused role suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of social media experience.
- Manage Our client's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social media accounts.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Ensure timely posting of promotional campaigns, offers, and product launches.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and stores for content creation.
- Collect product images, videos, customer testimonials, and store updates.
- Write captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Ensure content aligns with Our client's brand identity and tone of voice.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries on social media.
- Escalate customer complaints to the customer support team when required.
- Engage with followers and build an active online community.
- Monitor brand mentions and customer feedback.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, or D2C brands preferred.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest
- Basic photo and video editing skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Passion for fashion, lingerie, beauty, and lifestyle trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Highly organized and proactive.
