About the Role :
Blu Diamonds is looking for a proactive and business-focused Manager – Store Operations & Business Expansion to oversee daily retail operations while driving business growth through strategic partnerships, franchise expansion, and new market opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, operational excellence, and business development experience, preferably in retail or luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end store operations to ensure smooth business functioning and exceptional customer experience.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor store teams to maintain high productivity and service standards.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including franchise and B2B partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Analyse sales trends, inventory movement, and operational performance to improve profitability.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and support teams for successful store initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and expansion plans for management review.
Requirements :
- 5–8 years of experience in retail operations, business development, or store management.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
- Experience in franchise development or business expansion will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail reporting tools.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium retail brands is preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
