Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and talented Video & Graphic Designer who can create visually engaging graphics and videos for digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing social media creatives, promotional materials, and editing videos that effectively communicate the brand message.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design creative visuals for social media posts, banners, posters, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop engaging digital creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to create impactful designs.
- Create infographics, event creatives, and promotional materials.
Video Editing & Production
- Edit videos for social media, promotional campaigns, reels, and corporate communication.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and captions to enhance video quality.
- Assist in shooting basic video content when required.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Creative Development
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and brand promotions.
- Stay updated with design trends, video styles, and social media formats.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all creative outputs.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
- Good understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media design formats and trends.
- Basic understanding of photography and video shooting is a plus.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is mandatory.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
- Knowledge of animation or motion graphics.
- Experience creating reels, short-form videos, and digital campaign creatives.
