Role & responsibilities
As a Tele- Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting our real estate services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. We are seeking an individual with at least 1-2 years of telemarketing experience, strong communication skills.
. Manage outgoing and incoming calls.
· Provide project information (Apartment, Land, Villa etc.) to customers.
· Asking question to the customers and understanding there requirement.
· Document all call information and update the same in Excel
· Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Handling Incoming Customer Inquiry phone calls and convert them into site visits
· Calling the customers and arrange site visit based on provided leads.
· Reach the targets and increase the site visits.
· Good convincing skills, good talking power.
· Strong command on entire pre sales process.
· Daily Report to the concerned manager about the status of the leads and customer interests.
Exp :1 - 2 years in Tele Marketing
Location : Banjara HIlls
Experience in Real Estate Industry would be an added advantage.
Age: 19 to 29 yrs
Qualification: Any
Salary: Rs.18,000 to Rs.20,000 p.m plus incentives
