Job Description – Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD)

Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational, administrative, and strategic support activities. The role requires high-level coordination, strong organizational skills, business understanding, and proficiency in modern AI tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries)
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, sales review reports, and business documents
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Track key action items, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution
- Support in business planning, data analysis, and decision-making processes
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings (MoM)
- Assist in operational coordination across departments as directed by the MD
- Manage emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the MD
- Prioritize and sort emails, draft replies, and coordinate important communications with the MD
- Handle sales review coordination and submit performance reports to the Managing Director
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates
- Coordinate with internal departments for reporting, follow-ups, and business updates
- Manage the MD’s professional social media presence, especially LinkedIn, including important posts, messages, and professional engagement
- Ensure smooth coordination between management and various business functions
AI & Digital Proficiency Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and other AI productivity platforms
- Ability to use AI tools for drafting emails, report generation, presentations, MIS reporting, and automation of routine tasks
- Proficiency in using AI tools for PPT creation, business documentation, data summarization, and presentation preparation
- Understanding of AI-driven workflows and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and productivity

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Graduate
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
