Job Summary
A leading Master Distributor in the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector is looking for energetic and result-driven Business Development Executives and Territory Sales Managers to expand our dealer and distributor network across Bihar and Jharkhand. The ideal candidate should have experience in automobile, EV, two-wheeler, three-wheeler, commercial vehicle, dealership development, or channel sales. Candidates currently working in the automobile or EV industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in assigned territories.
· Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market surveys.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Conduct dealer meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
· Support dealers in business setup, sales planning, and market development.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth dealer onboarding and support.
· Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales updates.
· Travel extensively across Bihar and Jharkhand to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
· Graduate in any discipline.
· MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred but not mandatory.
· Valid driving license preferred.
Experience
· 1–8 years of experience in sales, channel development, dealer development, or business development.
· Experience in Automobile, EV, Two-Wheeler, Three-Wheeler, Commercial Vehicle, Battery, Auto Parts, or related industries preferred.
· Freshers with strong sales and field marketing skills may also apply.
