- Supervise daily site activities related to interior texture painting and finishing works.
- Ensure proper surface preparation, including cleaning, plastering, putty, and primer application.
- Monitor texture painting application as per approved samples, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, painters, vendors, and project managers.
- Check the quality of materials and ensure proper application techniques.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues or defects.
- Prepare daily work progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure work is completed within the given project schedule and budget.
- Coordinate with other interior and MEP teams to avoid site conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
- Handle snagging, rectification, and final finishing works before project handover.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
