Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst (QA) with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring processes, evaluating performance, and ensuring that products/services meet the company’s quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams to identify improvement areas and help maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions, processes, or product quality as per defined standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and document findings.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members based on quality evaluations.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare quality reports and share insights with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with training and operations teams to improve overall performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Quality Analysis / Quality Assurance.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with quality monitoring tools and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis).
- Experience with quality monitoring or ticketing tools (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
- Basic understanding of data reporting and dashboards.
- Familiarity with call monitoring systems and QA scorecards.
- Basic knowledge of process documentation and audit tools.
- Exposure to Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
