Job Summary:
We are hiring a GeM Expert with hands-on experience working in an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or Manufacturing Company. The candidate should have strong expertise in handling the GeM Portal, OEM product management, bid participation, tender processing, and government procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete operations on the GeM Portal for OEM / manufacturing business.
- Product catalog creation, OEM authorization management, and product listing updates.
- Identify and participate in GeM bids, tenders, and reverse auctions.
- Prepare bid documents and ensure timely submission.
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, stock availability, technical specifications, and documentation.
- Handle order processing, invoice generation, and payment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies and government procurement guidelines.
- Maintain records of bids, orders, catalog updates, and procurement activities.
- Resolve buyer and portal-related operational issues.
- Monitor GeM opportunities to maximize business growth.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal.
- Experience working in an OEM / Manufacturing Company is mandatory.
- Knowledge of OEM panel management, product cataloging, bids, tenders, and procurement procedures.
- Experience in handling government clients and procurement processes.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream)
- Prior experience in OEM / Manufacturing industry preferred.
