· Research, track, maintain and update leads
· Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
· Research and maintain lead generation database
· Provide accurate and timely information to management
· Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
· Answering and make phone calls and explaining the product and services offered by the company to develop new business.
· Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
