Job Summary:
We are hiring a Helpdesk Executive for a residential apartment facility management company to handle resident complaints and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle resident queries and complaints
- Log and track tickets in CRM
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
- Follow up and ensure timely closure of issues
- Maintain records and reports
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
- Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge
- Customer-focused and good coordination skills
