We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Analyst to support our team by managing accounting tasks, analyzing financial data, and ensuring total transparency for our clients' finances. Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Review: Prepare and review transactions (sales, purchases, bank, payroll, fixed assets) for multiple clients.
- Reconciliations: Perform bank, vendor, customer, fixed asset, and tax reconciliations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare scheduled financial reports, identify accounting irregularities, and use charts/graphs for visual data presentation.
- Client & Team Coordination: Communicate directly with clients to gather info, coordinate with team members, and update process documentation.
- Process Management: Review pending accounts and ensure accurate, timely billing and payment processing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Inter-CA / Inter-CMA / Inter-ACCA / MBA (Finance) / BBA / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent.
- Technical: Knowledge of foreign accounting software and strong logical/analytical skills. (Xero, Quickbooks, Business Central & Dynamics)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and a growth mindset.
How You Will Be Measured (KRAs)
- Efficiency: Days to complete monthly/annual close and time spent on ad-hoc tasks.
- Accuracy: Quality of financial reports and minimizing error rates (self-identified vs. reviewer-detected).
- Communication: Client complaint resolution rate and interpersonal effectiveness.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
