- The Commission Mindset: You are comfortable betting on yourself. You prefer an incentive-only model because you know your skills will yield a much higher payout than a standard flat stipend.

- Executive Presence: Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English. You must be able to hold a commanding, peer-to-peer business conversation with an industry veteran twice your age.
