MAINTENANCE (ELECTRICAL) – FACTORY
Job Description:
· Ensures stable electrical supply by maintaining equipment and outlets, and a leadership approach towards electrical & mechanical solutions to the industrial product that includes energy management system, assembly systems, lighting and security apparatus. A candidate handled a manufacturing setup of 300+ crore turnover organization.
· Expert hand on all types of connection establishment i.e., LT/HT Panels, D.G. Sets Control Panel, Cable earthing, Panel Wiring.
· Create schedule & execute the adherence of preventive and breakdown maintenance of shop floor including all the floor utility activities.
· Load calculation, maintain electrical load history, critical analysis and optimum reference utilization for electrical equipment’s / activities & best utilization methods.
· Authority & responsible for the maintenance of all types of Machines and tools in the factory.
· Able to establish, ensure & enable all safety norms during regular factory activities.
Qualities required:
· 5-10 years of progressively responsible electrical maintenance experience
· Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
· Experience making staffing decisions, including hiring, scheduling and disciplining subordinates
· Effective leadership in problem solving aptitude
· ISO oriented system implementation expertise
· Demonstrably high level of technical understanding
· Budget development experience, including fiscal analysis and forecasting
· Industrial product handling & maintenance expertise.
