Travel Consultant & Digital Marketing Executive
We are looking for an energetic and creative professional to join our Amritsar branch as a Travel Consultant & Digital Marketing Executive.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, customer service, sales, and social media marketing. The role involves creating and selling tour packages while also promoting our travel services through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and sell domestic and international tour packages.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits.
- Prepare tour itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage and update social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.
- Create engaging travel-related content, posts, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in running digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Maintain customer records and provide excellent after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Experience in Tours & Travel, Sales, Customer Service, or Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and basic content creation.
- Strong customer handling and sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
Preferred Candidate:
