Role Overview
Entry-level role responsible for supporting, monitoring, and maintaining operating systems, including Linux and Windows environments.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain OS platforms Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, IBM AIX, CentOS, Mirantis
Monitor system performance, availability, and health
Perform routine maintenance patching, updates, backups
Manage users, permissions, and access controls
Troubleshoot basic system and server issues and escalate when required
Support virtualisation container platforms basic level
Maintain system documentation and logs
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Linux Red HatCentOS and Windows Serve
Exposure to IBM AIX and Mirantis DockerKubernetes
Understanding of system administration, networking basics, and securit
