We are looking for a creative and confident Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about recruitment and comfortable in front of the camera.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hiring, social media content, employer branding, and interacting with candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Create hiring-related content for social media
- Appear in hiring reels/videos when required
- Assist in employer branding activities
- Post jobs on different hiring platforms and social media
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with camera/video content
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR
- Creative mindset for social media hiring content
- Confident personality and positive attitude
- Familiarity with Instagram/LinkedIn trends is a plus
