Role: PCA Trainer
Department: Training / Skill Development
Location: Vagra, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).
- Conduct classroom, practical, and hands-on training sessions.
- Train candidates on personal care, patient safety, hygiene, mobility assistance, and basic caregiving practices.
- Assess trainees through practical demonstrations, tests, and evaluations.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure training content aligns with organizational policies and applicable care standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to improve their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to support trainee onboarding.
Requirements:
- Experience as a PCA/Caregiver Trainer, Healthcare Trainer, Nursing Trainer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of personal care and caregiving practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience conducting practical skills assessments.
- Relevant healthcare/caregiving qualification or certification preferred.
- Ability to train and engage candidates with varied experience levels.
Preferred: Experience in healthcare, elderly care, home care, or similar service environments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
