Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Handle customer and dealer inquiries, follow-ups, and order coordination.
- Promote company products and assist in marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
