Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage a team effectively
- Delegate tasks, set clear goals, and track progress
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the center
- Promote and drive product sales at the center
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members to achieve targets
- Identify training needs and provide coaching
- Ensure the team meets sales targets
- Proficiency in data management & tools (Excel, Sheets)
- Assist and guide customers through immersive VR experiences
- Explain product details and ensure smooth usage of VR devices
- Coordinate with technical teams for device issues
- Maintain records of daily footfall and feedback
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from entry to exit

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
