Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management (Preferred)

✔HR MIS Reporting & Documentation
✔Knowledge of New Wage Codes & Indian Labor Laws
Preferred: Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing industry and strong exposure to HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee relations will be given preference.
