Qualification & Experience
● 12th pass minimum. ITI/Diploma preferred. Additional Scope if BCOM/BBA/BSW
● 1 to 2 years of experience supervising a small production or packing team.
● Experience in Gruh Udhyog, pharma packing, food or FMCG packing, garments, handicraft packing, toys, is a plus.
● Experience leading a women's team is a strong plus.
● Should be living within reasonable travelling distance of our facility at Vasna Bhaili Road.
For candidates with experience working in Self-help Groups, CSR, NGOs and working in the field of women empowerment and wanting to work in real ground impact through additional roles/scope and incentives are available.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Plan and allocate daily production tasks across a team of packer - covering craft supplies, DIY kits, and product assemblies based on order volume and priority
● Supervise a team of packers and manage day-to-day work allocation and discipline.
● Monitor production quality and ensure kits are assembled correctly and consistently, with full authority to stop work when something is not right.
● Track raw material and component stock needed for production; flag shortages in advance
● Ensure workplace discipline, attendance, and basic safety practices are followed on the floor
● Train new production staff on kit assembly and quality checks
● Coordinate packing, printing and other work schedules with the machine operator and check output.
● Maintain daily production, damage and stock records in the company system.
● Ensuring work culture, conflict management and development of packers.
● Maintain housekeeping, material staging and store organisation on the floor with team.
● Plan and implement improvements to the production process and workflow.
● Report daily production status and weekly, monthly reporting and MIS.
Skills Required
● Basic English reading - read a plan sheet, a checklist and a product label.
● Basic Excel - enter data, read a sheet, use a simple formula. For advance training will be provided.
● Very high on quality. You notice when something is not right, and you do not let it pass.
● You get work done from your team without conflict. People listen to you because they want to.
● You set up your own systems. Trays, labels, small changes that make the work faster and cleaner. We want someone who improves the way things are done, not only someone who follows instructions.
● Reliable and punctual - this role sets the tone for the team's discipline
● Attention to detail, do not miss small mistakes and quality errors. Train the team to do so.
● Organised, and able to keep a busy floor calm and moving.
● Manage team morale, solve dispute and encourage development within team of packers.
● Implement training, celebrations and practices to inspire team.

● ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month - fixed salary plus a monthly incentive for quality and productivity after probation.
