Full Job Description
Stark Engineering is seeking an execution-driven Project Manager – BIM to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables for a high-profile client in Trivandrum.
This role bridges the gap between traditional project management and technical BIM execution, ensuring that Structural and Architectural models are delivered on time, within budget, and to exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee milestone tracking, resource allocation, and risk management from initial project mapping to final handover.
- Client & Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for our client at Technopark Phase-3, translating client requirements into actionable BIM tasks.
- Delivery Coordination: Partner closely with the BIM Manager to monitor the progress of Architectural and Structural modeling teams.
- Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, scope creeps, or workflow deviations and implement corrective actions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years in Project Management specifically within BIM/AEC projects.
- Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2 preferred) combined with a solid grasp of Architectural/Structural BIM workflows.
- Attributes: Exceptional communication, client-facing negotiation, and project-mapping skills.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site at Technopark Phase-3, Trivandrum.
