We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Manager to join our growing marketing agency. The primary objective of this role is to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and contribute directly to the agency's revenue growth.
This is a performance-driven role for someone who can independently identify prospects, generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email marketing, networking, referrals, and other outbound sales channels.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
- Identify decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations with them.
- Research target industries and businesses to uncover new opportunities.
Sales & Business Development
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business requirements.
- Present agency services effectively and demonstrate value to prospects.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals independently.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales and onboarding process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Growth & Strategy
- Explore innovative methods for generating new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Contribute ideas that help the agency scale and grow faster.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Prior experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency, SEO Agency, PPC Agency, or Marketing Services Company is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, etc.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold prospecting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving and business development mindset.
