We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist
Are you passionate about driving results through paid advertising? We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving ROAS targets
- Experience with campaign planning, optimization, A/B testing, and budget management
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better conversions
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and reporting tools
