Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and design lesson plans and academic planners for preschool curriculum
• Conduct teacher training sessions (online/offline) on curriculum, teaching methodologies, and classroom management.
• Monitor and evaluate academic quality and provide regular feedback to teachers and branch heads.
• Support branches in activity planning, worksheets, and teaching aids preparation.
• Maintain and upgrade academic content as per latest early childhood education practices..
• Conduct regular class observations and audits to ensure quality standards.
• Provide guidance on child development, EYFS framework, and NEP guidelines.
• Ensure proper usage of curriculum materials such as AR content, activity kits, and learning resources.
• Handle academic queries and provide solutions to branches in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper documentation of training, curriculum updates, and academic reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
