Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities for civil and interior works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare work progress reports.
- Ensure proper execution of civil works such as masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Supervise interior fit-out works including false ceiling, partitions, painting, carpentry, furniture installation, and MEP coordination.
- Inspect workmanship and maintain quality control throughout the project.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Verify contractor bills and material consumption records.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material delivery.
- Attend site meetings and provide project status updates.
- Maintain daily site reports, work schedules, and documentation.
