Role Overview:
You will be the technical lead responsible for:
- Implementing Insightly CRM pipelines, custom fields, automations, and API integrations
- Designing and building a scalable middleware/API layer
- Working with operational heads to convert business processes into robust system workflows
- Acting as the glue between CRM, web app, and external partner systems (dialers, financing providers, proposal management and scheduling tools, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Custom CRM/ERP platforms from scratch using the MERN Stack.
- Build scalable frontend and backend architectures with strong data modeling and system design practices.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, webhooks, middleware services, and integration layers.
- Build custom integrations with third-party platforms where no ready-made connector exists.
- Design workflows, automations, user roles, permissions, and business process management systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational workflows into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience in Custom CRM or ERP Development.
- Strong MERN Stack expertise (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js/Next.js, Node.js).
- Deep understanding of backend architecture, database design, and data structures.
- Hands-on experience building complete systems from frontend to backend.
- Experience developing custom API integrations and middleware solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and integration patterns.
Important Evaluation Criteria:
Experience using pre-built CRM integrations alone will not be sufficient. Preference will be given to candidates who have designed and developed custom business solutions and integrations from scratch.
Preferred Experience:
- 4–8 years of Full-Stack Development experience.
- Experience owning products from concept to deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, architecture, and debugging skills.
- Must have delivered at least one end-to-end Custom CRM, ERP, or Workflow Automation Platform.
- Must have built API-driven backend services and custom integrations.
