Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. Your primary goal will be to engage potential buyers, share details about our premium plot and land projects, and systematically organize Site Visits and Home Visits to help clients take the final step toward property investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective buyers from the company database to introduce Adiyogi Promoters' ongoing land projects.
- Agenda-Driven Pitching: Educate clients on land investment benefits, high-appreciation areas, flexible financing/EMI options, and clear legal title checks.
- Site Visit Arrangement: Overcome customer hesitations and successfully convince interested prospects to book a physical Site Visit. Coordinate free transport or pickup facilities if provided by the company.
- Home Visit Coordination: Arrange Home Visits for senior sales executives or relationship managers to meet clients directly at their residences for detailed project presentations, brochure sharing, and booking advance collections.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Maintain continuous contact with warm leads, ensuring all scheduled visits are confirmed a day in advance. Job Hai

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Any Degree or Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome, but 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Telesales, BPO, or Insurance calling is highly preferred.
- Languages: Strong fluency in Tamil and basic conversational English.
- Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and a warm, inviting tone.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection politely and stay motivated.
- Good organizational skills to manage appointment calendars for site visits. Job Hai

- Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift (Typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 6 days a week, Part time also available).
- Work Location: Office-based (Vadapalani).
- Compensation: Fixed Monthly Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives (per booking/successful site visit)..
