Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers in target industries.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and customer visits.
- Promote the company's chemical products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups effectively.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Identify new application areas and business opportunities for company products.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales forecasts, visit reports, and sales activity reports.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in chemicals, industrial products, specialty chemicals, solvents, additives, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a chemistry background may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of chemical products and industrial applications.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling chemicals to industries such as paints, coatings, adhesives, pharmaceuticals, textiles, water treatment, agrochemicals, plastics, or manufacturing sectors.
- Existing customer network in relevant industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
