JOB PROFILE
- Co-ordinate with Sales associates in South region ie. Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala
- Timely mailing of invoices to customers
- Follow up with customers to collect the payment for the services rendered
- Understand the estimated date of payment from customers
- Work with Accounts to ensure the payments collected are correctly reconciled against the respective invoices promptly.
- Follow up with Sales associates and customers to seek the correct invoice details against which the payments are made
- Work with Operations to address any queries received from Sales associates or customers.
- Document all interactions and payment arrangements to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Timely reporting of MIS
- English - spoken and written
- Tamil speaking candidates - added advantage.
- Knowledge of basic accounting. B.com
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
