Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end FTL operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve fleet utilization, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Handle vendor management, including transporter onboarding, rate negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Plan and optimize routes, capacity, and dispatch schedules for maximum operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, compliance, and safety standards across all operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders; manage key accounts effectively.
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization.
- Oversee team management, including hiring, training, performance management, and development.
- Identify business opportunities and support client acquisition and revenue growth in the FTL segment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
