Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in managing food and beverage operations across institutional or corporate environments. The role is based at the Head Office and primarily focuses on developing, mentoring, and training F&B Managers while ensuring operational excellence across client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly classroom and practical training sessions for F&B Managers enrolled in the company's training program.
- Develop and implement training modules, SOPs, and operational manuals for food and beverage operations.
- Mentor and coach F&B Managers to improve operational efficiency and service standards.
- Share industry best practices related to food production, service, hygiene, safety, and cost control.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and progress of trainees through regular assessments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of training schedules.
- Provide guidance on inventory management, food costing, vendor coordination, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory standards.
- Conduct operational audits and recommend process improvements wherever required.
- Support business operations by providing expert consultation on F&B-related matters.
- Prepare weekly training reports and submit progress updates to management.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food Production, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Food Safety or Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in F&B Operations within hospitals, educational institutions, corporate offices, schools, or similar sectors.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or managing multiple operational teams is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, if required, for operational reviews and training support.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
