- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of application and data solutions through best practices.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles related to .NET frameworks.
- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise level applications and data solutions.
- Build and maintain .NET Core APIs to support scalable and high performance systems.
- Develop and manage efficient ETL pipelines using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Work extensively with SQL Server and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data environments.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software components using modern development practices.
- Apply strong data warehouse concepts to support analytics and reporting solutions.
- Integrate applications with modern data ecosystems and platforms.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing .NET applications.
