- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and following up on marketing inquiries.
- Conduct property viewings and lead site visits for prospective buyers.
- Understand client needs regarding budget, location, and property specifications to offer the best matches.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain the CRM system by updating client details, interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Coordinate documentation including sales agreements, booking forms, and legal paperwork.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and new inventory.
