The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective customers, promoting flooring products, scheduling meetings for the sales team, following up on inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or customer support.
- Experience in building materials, flooring, interiors, furniture, or construction industry preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
