Senior Telecalling Officer
Reports To: Supervisor
Job Summary
The Senior Telecalling Officer is responsible for customer outreach, recovery follow-ups, account prioritization, and achieving daily recovery targets while maintaining quality standards and operational compliance.
Key Functions
- Conduct awareness calls at the beginning of each month.
- Adhere to quality parameters and operational guidelines.
- Follow COC, TAT, and wrap-up procedures.
- Identify POS accounts and prioritize customers.
- Collect additional charges, including penal charges.
- Achieve Daily Recovery Resolution (DRR) targets as per defined milestones.
- Obtain PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments and generate pick-ups.
- Identify accounts that require field visits.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify accounts that need field visits and escalation.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience.
- Good communication and keyboard skills.
- High level of self-drive and enthusiasm.
Salary & Benefits
- Gross Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month
